Joe Roberts

<p>Joe completed his bachelor’s degree in ‘Architecture and Planning’ at the University of the West of England, graduating with first class honours. He went on to complete his master’s degree at the Bartlett, graduating with distinction.<br><br>Before joining Knox Bhavan Joe worked at Shigeru Ban in Japan, and Hawkins \ Brown and Arup in London. He worked on varying scales of projects from a small Voysey cottage conversion in his home county of Cornwall, to the new Crossrail station at Tottenham Court Road. </p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p> <p>Due to his dual educational background he has developed an interest in the vernacular, how we interpret local context through design and how architecture can be used as an instrument within the wider urban and rural environment. </p> <p></p> <p>Joe joined Knox Bhavan in October 2018 and is currently completing his RIBA Part III.</p>
